About Our Chapter

The South Carolina Certified Residential Specialists Chapter is one of more than 52 CRS Chapters across the United States. CRS Chapters were founded in the late 1970s and early 1980s to promote the CRS Designation. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. Our chapter supports the Council of Residential Specialists mission of attracting and serving members who seek levels of economic and professional success in residential real estate by: building CRS membership growth and satisfaction; promoting CRS learning opportunities; promoting CRS designation awareness and use; and building CRS networking and referral benefits.
